Water intensity per guest night has decreased by 6.8% through demand-based pressure control and continuous monitoring, while energy intensity has been reduced by 2.12% via inverter AC systems, LED retrofits, motion-sensor lighting, and solar walkway illumination. Organic waste is converted into 32,719 kg of soil enhancers, and nearly 395,000 single-use plastic bottles have been replaced with in-house glass alternatives. Local sourcing is prioritized, including over 40,000 kg of fish and 83,000 kg of fruits and vegetables, complemented by on-island food production of vegetables and coconuts.
Biodiversity and Education
A core differentiator is the resort’s “Painting the Canvas of Conservation” initiative. Launched in January 2025, this program translates on-island biodiversity surveys into the interactive picture and activity book, The Colors of Our Islands.
